The Castle Oaks House Hotel is a Georgian Manor House set on 26 acres of beautiful mature gardens & woodlands on the Banks of the River Shannon. The hotel has 66 Bedrooms between the Main House and 2 Bedroom Courtyard Suites adjacent to the main house. There is also 17 self catering houses and on site leisure centre including swimming pool. The Hotel had a great reputation for good food, a popular picturesque wedding venue and is in the top 10 hotels for families in Ireland according to trip advisor.

We started working with the Castle Oaks House Hotel on a weekly basic in January 2011, when they were launching their website with a new provider. We have since provided the vast majority of their advertising and promotional media. The Castle Oaks website was developed by Net Affinity, who also provide their booking engine. We redesigned the home page in 2013, We also worked closely with Net Affinity with a new design and the direction of the Castle Oak's new website, which is launching in Spring 2016. This new website will be fully responsive and image driven. We also worked on the Hotels Facebook page and provide a large array of photography.

On the Weddings front, we have designed brochures, adverts, organised and executed advertising campaigns with a focus on their bi yearly showcases. We also worked on having the Castle Oaks in the top 5 hotels in Limerick with Wedding Terms, regularly holding the number one position both organically and PPC. We also look after the Hotels listings on other websites.

On accommodation, we work with their booking engines amending and advising on packages. Designing Floating Banners for the website, designing and sending out e-zines for seasonal offers, working on PPC and SEO campaigns, with a focus on providing more direct bookings then other booking channels. We also provide printed material for trade shows including Over 55s and Meitheal. To combat issues with Rate Parity, we advised and researched on moving their online bookings channels onto to one Channel Manager. This was completed in 2015.

We design their Menus and adverts for both the Acorn Restaurant and Island Bar. Work on promotion of the Leisure Centre including a Ezines and building of separate wordpress website. Design material to promote Conferences and Meetings including brochures.

Since we joined the Castle Oaks team in January, their Facebook page has grown from 400 likes to 5000 likes, website sessions had increased by 176.30%, Page Views by 191.50%, direct bookings via their website has increased by 166.88%. With a new website coming online in Spring 2016, we hope that this will increase. The Castle Oaks has also increased there google rankings dramatically. We now have a large array of graphics, which we amend, update and freshen for the different seasonal campaigns that happen through the year.
