Con Brouder Kitchens & Interiors

Helping shape one of Ireland's leading bespoke manufacturers.

The objective was never just a better website. It was to help build a better business.

When Baker Media first began working with Con Brouder, the goal wasn't simply to build a better website - it was to help build a better business. Today, Baker Media works as part of Con Brouder's leadership team, leading strategic projects across technology, operations, manufacturing, customer experience and brand development.

Rather than acting as an external agency, we work alongside directors and department leaders to identify opportunities, remove inefficiencies and continuously improve every part of the business. That partnership has become one of the defining examples of what Baker Media does best: helping exceptional companies become even better.

Established in 1984 and based on the Shannon Estuary in Glin, County Limerick, Con Brouder Kitchens & Interiors has become one of Ireland's most respected bespoke kitchen and interior manufacturers.

Every project is designed, handcrafted and finished by their own team - combining traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing to produce kitchens and interiors for discerning private clients, architects, interior designers and prestigious commercial developments across Ireland.

Their craftsmanship has earned national recognition, and the business holds multiple consecutive Business All-Star accreditations for quality, customer experience and performance.

Our role

Far beyond software development.

Baker Media drives many of the digital and operational initiatives behind Con Brouder's continued growth. Our work spans strategy, software, manufacturing, customer experience and marketing - ensuring every part of the business works together as one connected operation.

Transforming manufacturing

Excellence isn't machinery alone - it's information at the right time.

Manufacturing excellence comes from information flowing to the right people at the right moment. Working closely with production, installation and management teams, Baker Media has developed bespoke systems that improve visibility, communication and efficiency across the business.

These include digital project management, production workflows, installation scheduling, reporting dashboards, customer communication and operational analytics - every solution designed around how Con Brouder actually works, rather than forcing the business to adapt to generic software.

In the hand, on site

Live project information, straight from site.

A bespoke platform delivered as dedicated iPad, iPhone and Android apps. Rather than relying on printed packs, emails and phone calls, teams pull live project and workplace information straight from their phone - with visibility shared between the workshop, the office and the crew on site.

The result is faster communication, better coordination and a smoother experience for installers, staff and customers alike.

A premium customer experience

The experience should match the investment.

Commissioning a handcrafted kitchen is one of the largest investments many families will make - the experience should reflect that. Together with the Con Brouder team, Baker Media designed and developed a complete digital customer journey, giving clients visibility through every stage of their project.

From inspiration and design approvals through to installation, customers experience a level of transparency rarely found in the bespoke interiors industry. Technology supports the craftsmanship rather than replacing it.

Building a luxury brand

An online presence worthy of the workshop.

Alongside operational transformation, Baker Media has led the evolution of the Con Brouder brand. We directed the digital rebrand, designed and developed the website, produced photography and video, created content strategies and continue to manage the company's digital presence.

Every image, every project story and every customer touchpoint is designed to reflect the quality of the craftsmanship taking place inside the workshop.

That is the difference between delivering a website and helping build a business.

Unlike traditional agency projects, this work is never finished. Every month, new ideas become new software, new processes become new efficiencies, and new challenges become new opportunities.
